I've just bought my fitbit blaze and haven't had a fitbit before. I want to include and estimated amount of calories burnt for my swimming but can't find out how. I have the Android app. All posts say just go to dashboard and click exercise but there is no exercise option? Please help

@Kitty6 although you can manually track an exercise from the dashboard in the android app ("Track your exercise") you won't be able to manually edit an activity in the manner I think you're trying to do. For that you'll need to go to your dashboard on the web, and go into the exercise logs to edit an activity.

It certainly seems a lot more straightforward to me doing this on the web as @SunsetRunner suggests and the instructions for that in that help file I linked seem better.

There's a guide to manually logging activities here:

Yes and it doesn't seem to be suitable for the blaze. When i go to the dashboard there is no exercise button. The instructor don't work for android app.

When you use the app it defaults to the "tracking" tab when you select the stopwatch. If you switch tab to the "log previous" then it works similar to the web dashboard interface. All activities logged this way work with all the fitbit models.

The instructions are not very clear about this in that help file.

Thanks but I'm hopeless. I can't even see Track your activity anywhere.

I'll look on the Web connection instead of app. Cheers
