I have just bought a fitbit blaze and it won’t turn on - i have synced it to my phone and my phone will “find” the fitbit when it is in the charging case, but as soon as I take it out the charging case it won’t turn on. I have read posts on this forum saying to restart but I have tried this and the fitbit doesn’t do anything. There are no lights at the back either. The only way it seems to show any life is if it is in the charging case (it’s fully charged).

@AlexF90, in this case I would get in touch with Fitbit Customer Support on contact.fitbit.com. They will take it from there.

I have the same problem i was just wondering if you got the problem resolved and if so how?
