Hey can someone help me please....
I just got my fitbit blaze today and im trying to set it up but the update keeps saying it failed. ive tried unpairing and pairing, deleting the app and installing it, turning bluetooth off and on and reseting my phone. but nothing is working 😞

A couple of thoughts i have, which phone do you have?
Have you turned the phone completely off, then on?
Try a hard reset of the Blaze.
Try turning yhe Blaze off through its settings menu.
