fitbit.com/setup message on Blaze

Hi there,

 

My Dad has a new Blaze, paired on the app but needs to be updated. The battery is to low to update but it won’t charge. When in the cradle it just displays the fitbit.com/setup message, the charge battery doesn’t appear. The Fitbit was definitely paired with his phone. Have tried a bunch of different USB ports and plugs.

If you are seeing the fitbit.com/setup message on the Blaze it means that it isn't paired yet. Please take a look at the help article How do I set up my Fitbit device? and follow the instructions provide there to set it up. Once you pair it, put it to charge and see if it appears the battery icon.
