fitbit steps reduced after refresh and sync

I was having a work week competition and I was winning with 5000+ steps and  I know all my competitors refreshed their data as well and and I was winning... but then sync happened and my steps got reduced. I was approx 5000 stpes higher and got reduced to almost 4500 steps.. Seems some issue in sync or my blaze is showing higher number 🙄.

Hey there @Panpri2006!  Thanks for the details you've mentioned. I would like you to double check your Dashboard to see how many steps are showing now. 

 

Also, reply to the following questions: 

- Has this happened before? 

- Did you manually log any activities? 

- How many steps show at the end of the day in your Blaze?
