Hi there,
Ive had my fitbit for about 6 months now and today I turned it on after a month of it being off to find that it wont work without being connected to the charging dock.
It works completely fine on charge but as soon as you remove it, the screen goes blank and wont turn on.
I have tried to reset it and nothing happens. I have contacted support but wanted to see if anyone on here had had this problem as well and could help me faster..

These types of batteries will totally die if not charge once in while when not is use. I would not think A month would do it though
But try these steps as support will ask you to do these any ways
Please clean the contacts

Then Do a Restart 3 times

Also See this thread for charging best practices. If you are not charging it correctly you could be damaging the battery
If it doesn't help just wait for support to get back to you
