Sync one last time by touching and pulling down your fitbit App screen.

Go to preferences>bluetooth on your mobile and forget or delete your Blaze.

On his mobile go to fitbit.com/setup to get the App and follow the "new user" instructions using his (a different) email address as fitbit login and a new password.

Be careful when you do it because I find that sometimes, residual steps on the device (for the current day at least) do get carried over to the next user. (I lent my Charge 2 to someone this week and they picked up 500 steps from my journey into work that weren't cleared when they added it to their account.)

Maybe setting it up for him first thing in the morning would be a good idea to avoid this.
