My Charge would buzz when I hit my steps goal.  I just got my Blaze, and in the afternoon, noticed I hit my goal.  There is no buzz?  This is disappointing.  Is there a setting I am missing?

The only setting is to adjust the stat you want the goal to monitor, and the number to hit.
Are you sire that you just did not feel it?
