how to switch of blaze as I am going to a far away place for one month and i donot intend to take my blaze with me

Fitbit Blaze User Manual says:

"If you won’t be using your Blaze for a while, you can conserve battery life by shutting it down. To do so, swipe to the Settings screen and swipe up to find Shutdown"
