When I am on the stationary bike the fitbit Blaze do not record the miles. How do I get it to record them?

Welcome to the Community @Mississippirn. @bbarrera is right, since you are not actually moving your tracker won't be able to track this exercise. You can manually log it by doing the following from your iOS Fitbit app:
1. Tap the exercise tile.
2. Tap the timer in the top right corner; this will take you to the Mobile Run screen.
3. Tap "Log" at the top of the screen.
4. Log your activity.
