Hello,

My imac blue tooth is not picking up my Blaze or my Daughters Alta...

I cannot sync imac with FitBits.. 

Please help..

Hello @RIDE4LIFE have you downloaded and installed the Fitbit connect software yet? Sierra is not able to see the tracker. 

This is all explained in the Big Blue Banner titled the Holiday Setup Guide.

Please reffer to this guide and if you have problems let us know at step they occur.

this is what it says when im trying to sync..

 

(Not working? If there are other trackers nearby, move them away. Make sure your tracker is close to your computer. If your tracker is connected to a nearby mobile device, disable Bluetooth on your mobile device and try again or use the Fitbit mobile app instead.)

 

no other trackers are close,

my tracker is right next to imac,

my phone blue tooth is off, 

so not sure what else to do...
