You didn't mention, so have you tried rebooting the iPhone?
I am using iPhone 6 (iOS 9.3) with Blaze without any problem.

@Betty223 Hey there!
I stuggled to remember to have Bluetooth on in order to receive notifications. Could that be it for you as well?
Also, I'd recommend having preview enabled, though it sounds like you may have them already.

So am I to understand that the only solution to this problem is to return the tracker and exchange for a different one? I've done all the possible iterations of solutions to no avail... I am still not getting notifications. It worked yesterday when the tracker was new, now nothing.

Did anyone find a solution? My fitbit is doing the same- I am getting phone calls, but not text messages 😞

It's great to have you here @Abbiecf! Blaze will receive Calls, texts, calendar events within the hour, emails, and other push notifications from apps you choose. I would like you to make sure that you're following this set up procedure to get the notifications working.
Note: Please double check that you have a compatible phone.
Hope this helps. Keep me posted.
