I received my Blaze 4 days ago. The first night I wore it tightly (too tightly I thought as the buckle dug into my wrist) and I received a full sleep analysis the next morning. The second night, there was only basic time slept data and no cycle analysis. I had loosened the strap a bit, so I thought maybe it was too loose. Last night, I wore it tightly and, again, basic sleep times but no cycle data is showing. I have searched the forum and none of the usual reasons seem to apply - The band was tight, I did not manually log sleep, and the battery is at half power. Can anyone help? I struggle with sleep and the sleep tracker was a big part of my decision to buy this device. Thanks.

Let's look at the sleep record and see if Fitbit knows why sleep stages where not displayed.

Thank you. There was no error message displayed today under the basic sleep stats. It only showed time awake, restless and asleep, during an 8 hour sleep period, but no sleep cycle data. The Fitbit was snug, had battery and the manual sleep log was not used. I contacted Fitbit support today and they have had to escalate the matter because it is "unusual." ?
