Hi all.
I have just been bought a new Blaze and it wont connect to my Iphone7,my husbands Galaxy s8 or our windows 10 lappy! it just says on all devices the same thing (trouble shooting, reset , turn Bluetooth on/off ect. We have been trying for 24 hours and nothing. I have an existing account and trying to set up new device but it wont budge and I'm ready to send it back 😞

Make sure your Phones OS and Firmware is fully updated to the latest versions. Uninstall the Fitbit App then un-pair (if it did pair at all) from bluetooth, then turn off Bluetooth and restart the phone, restart the Blaze as well by pressing the Left and bottom right button.
When the phone is back up Turn on Bluetooth again and install the fitbit app and run the setup again make sure to turn on the Visible to Devices option on Bluetooth so Blaze can find your phone. If it still fails then Restart The Blaze again, but don't stop the app setup.
I hope this helps, it may not but it is worth a try.
