We purchased a blaze set up the account and setup the tracker only to get to the point to transfer software updates up comes the battery is too low.
We went to the retailer this morning received a full replacement only to encounter thr identical problem.
What am I doing wrong?
Or have I received another blaze that is defective?
why won't the battery charge?

have partially solved the problem.
used a friends apple iPhone to set it up and it is now working, but won't be fully functional until Fitbit approves the Samsung j7 pro, which is my phone.
When this happens then I will get the real benefits this device offers.

You wont see the battery charging until its set up.
So charge it for 2 hours and then try and set it up
