i just bought a fitbit blaze and i can't seem to get the fitstar to work on the blaze. i downloaded the fitstar app and i signed into it using my fitbit account, i also have the fitbit app synced to my blaze
but whenever i swipe on my blaze to the fitstar and i press on it , it says " Welcome to fitstar! Sync your Blaze in the Fitbit app to get Fitstar workouts on your wrist".
however my blaze is synced, i tried restarting the blaze and still it shows the same message. what should i do?

try syncing again if it still does not work you should try restarting your blaze at least 2 more times if that still does not work you can send you fitbit back and get a new one.

I got the same issue. I am thinking of returning the Blaze and get my money back, because so far it has been a disappointment, whereas my old fitbit device never had issues.

The next step to try is to set the Blaze up as a replacement device of itself.
