got a new fit bit blaze today and am trying to set it up. I've managed to do all that but it won't turn on unless connected to the charger. it's saying it has full battery but when I take it off charge it goes off and won't come back on unless I put it back in

I'm sorry to hear that your tracker is not turning on. I'm glad you were able to set it up though!
I can recommend restarting it. For that, make sure to put it in the frame aligning the buttons on the frame with the buttons on the tracker. You can easily restart your tracker by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot and it should come back on.
Try that out and let me know how it goes!

Hi, I'm struggling with the same issue with my brand new blaze however the restarting method did not work. Do you have any other methods of fixing this ?

Same problem. Seems ok when on charge but as soon as I take it off it dies. Tried to reset it and nothing happens.
