new fit blaze won't charge

Hello,

I bought a new fit bit blaze. i made the set ups. But the tracker won't charge.

when I take it off the charger than the tracker shut down. When i connect it to my computer I see the logo on my screen, and the I can see the watch and steps. After 1 min it shut down again untill I touch the screen again. than I have again the logo and the watch after but the battery show red (low)

 

Can you please help me, because it's getting on my nerves 🙂

I received a new FitBit Blaze for Christmas. The battery will not charge, thus setup will  not complete. Looks to be a very common problem with this product. FitBit folks, you should be providing a fix to solve this issue otherwise you are going to have all these units sent back to you!

Changing the charger solved the charging problem. I was having some Bluetooth connection issues during setup using the Windows 10 app. With phone support I was able to get the setup completed using the Android App. My Blaze is now operational.

I will send back the fit bit blaze Tomorrow and order a new garmin!

never had such a bad watch!
