not calculating bike distance.

Hello everyone just purchased a Blaze. It is   my 4th fitbit and can<t wait to fully understand it. I went for a bike ride and when I finished I saw the time, cals and BPMon the map it says  0km so obviously I can<t see the route I followed. What did I do wrong to get a 0 km reading ?

Does it even show a map? Was the Blaze connected to the phones GPS? Did you wait for the let's go? Or did the let's go appear immediately?

When first going into the bike mode, there will be a settings gear in the lower left, this is where GPS can be turned off or on. We want it on.
Tap the display to start the recording, there should be a message of "Connecting to phone", and accentually a " Let's go ".

Things that can do wrong, the Fitbit app is not running at least in background, the phone can not get a lock on the GPS location, notifacation on the Blaze is turned off. On the clock face sale down and run lturn on notifacation.

My guess is you didn't have it connected to your phone's GPS. The Blaze does not have a built-in GPS so it needs to use the one from your phone.
