not connecting to phone during exercise

So my blaze does connect to my iPhone, I will open the fitbit app and it says syncing and goes through all that and seems fine. It does record my work outs, but it does not use the GPS now. Whenever I turn on an exercise  it shows the red phone with a line through it at the top. Now when I check after it shows my work out, but no GPS data or maps as it has done in the past. I have not changed any settings and it does sync to my phone, just does not seem to work for an exercise. Everything is updated to latest versions and has been restarted numerous times.

I've been having the same problem. It started about 2 days ago but hadn't done it ever before. Eventually it does work after trying and trying again but halfway through my workout my Blaze just resets and i have to start tracking again

Yup the connected GPS feature broke for me this week too.  I've been using my Blaze to track my daily bike rides for months now, and it broke as of Tuesday morning.  I'm using Android (Pixel) to sync.  I called support and it sounded like they were aware of the issue.
