My Blaze will not sync with my computer app

 

The Time is way off and cannot not fix even after removing and setting up the device again.

Hello @Sci the time is off because the tracker hasn't synced. 

May I ask what operating system this computer is running? 

Without being in frying of your computer the best I can do is point to the help files. I am assumption that you do not sync through a smart phone that might be interfering.
