oppo A57 not sycing with blaze

Hii fitbit

This is to inform that my blaze is not properly syncing with oppoA57 . so all my calories and everything is tracked but not getting notifications of calls, msgs, alarms and music control.  i got the fit bit blaze new and now if this is the problem then i cant buy a new phone.  besides no one told me at the time of buying that it is compatible with certain phones only.  Then what is the use of buying this expensive watch if we cant use all features.

I'm sorry you're having problems with your phone not working completely with your Fitbit Blaze.

Upon checking the list of compatible devices, it seems that the Oppo A57 is not there. The ones that seem to be compatible are the Oppo Find 7, Oppo Find 7A, Oppo R1S, Oppo R1L and Oppo R1K.

If you don't have another device that you can use to sync your tracker or maybe a computer where you can plug a dongle and have it sync there, you can return it for a refund without any problem if you're still under the return window. Did you purchase your tracker through Fitbit directly or was it through a retailer?
