"All caught up" constantly popping up

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

On my Blaze, the "All caught up - no notifications" message is constantly popping up.  Like every few seconds.  It interrupts other functions.  For example it kept pausing as I was tracking my workout this morning.  If I shut down the device, it just comes back on and continues with the message.  It's also draining the battery very quickly.

This is the second time this has happened in the last few weeks.  Seems to happen when battery is very low.  I tried charging it, but the message continues to pop up.  Only thing that worked last time was to let the battery die completely, then charge it.

Any other ideas?

Thanks in advance

Welcome to the Forums @mws5177 and thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. It's weird to hear that your tracker is showing the "All caught up - no notifications" message if you don't want to see it. In this case, I recommend restarting your Blaze. After this, keep an eye on your Blaze.

Thanks.  Unfortunately when I restart it just continues with the message popping up repeatedly.  So far the only solution is to let the battery die then recharge it fully.  Hopefully there will be a fix for this in the next firmware update if there is no other solution.

I am glad to hear that letting the tracker without battery and charge it again worked @mws5177. If you need anything else, do not hesitate in posting it.

It's certainly not an ideal solution.  Waiting 2 or 3 hours for the battery to drain while the device buzzes every 5 seconds is a bit annoying, not to mention the fact that it then doesn't work properly.

The bigger problem is that this is a recurring issue.

At this point @mws5177, I recommend keeping an eye on your inbox for further instructions.

Hi there, what was the outcome of this? I am having the same issue. I would love to know if you got it resolved. Thanks!

Best Answer

Don't know if you have already tried this but what about popping out the pebble and checking that the lower right button is not stuck as pressing and holding this causes that screen to pop up. I would check the frame too.

I just started having the same trouble! Any clue yet as to what to do? I've charged it and restarted several times. It's very annoying especially the little vibration that comes along with the notification! Thanks!

I am currently experiencing the same problem.

I have turned off notifications on the Blaze

Deleted the Blaze from the Fitbit Ap on the phone, etc

It makes the device useless.

What is the fix? Return for repair?

I charged mine overnight and it seemed to have resolved itself. I haven't had any issues since the one time. Sorry I can't be of more help. Good luck!

On mine, the problem would go away with a full charge, then return when battery got low again.

Hi Everyone,

i would like to share my experience in this

i had the same issue with all caught up notification pop up and obviously after a week of suffer the problem was the watch was humid from inside and some water may have leaked inside...put it in a jar of rice to absorb the humidity or try to dry with hair dryer for several days and should be fine.

this issue often happens when your in an area wich is very humid like for example me in Jeddah Saudi arabia.

Hope i helped you guys.

The issue started with me last night. Will try the "dry rice jar" idea, and let you know of the results 😄

Is there a solution to this problem. My Blaze has started doing exactly the same thing. The "All caught up" message repeats every few seconds until the battery is flat. The battery will not last a day, because the display is lit continuously and it vibrates with every repeat message. The only time the messages stop is when the Blaze is on charge. This is so irritating, can't wear it at night because of the buzzing on my wrist every few seconds.

Is there an "official" solution.  I have read this board and followed user suggestions but I see no fitbit solutions.  My device still keeps doing the "All caught up" notifications every 30 secs.  Already restarted the device several times.  Already tried cleaning the band.  Even tried the rice treat.  Still not working.

Is there a fix for this problem?
