"All caught up" constantly popping up

On my Blaze, the "All caught up - no notifications" message is constantly popping up.  Like every few seconds.  It interrupts other functions.  For example it kept pausing as I was tracking my workout this morning.  If I shut down the device, it just comes back on and continues with the message.  It's also draining the battery very quickly.

This is the second time this has happened in the last few weeks.  Seems to happen when battery is very low.  I tried charging it, but the message continues to pop up.  Only thing that worked last time was to let the battery die completely, then charge it.

Any other ideas?

Thanks in advance

Yes, mine is only a few weeks since I bought it. Extremely frustrating.

I am currently experiencing the same problem, so frustrating!!  I have tried restarting the devise, deleted the Blaze from the Fitbit App on the phone reinstalled, Fitbit app just had an update so did that (didn't help)... It makes the device useless, kills the battery and have to charge it everyday not to mention the buzz every time it goes off is annoying.  Again, I'm not impressed with the quality of FitBits.  What is the fix?

Same problem - mine only 2 days old when it started. Not even got it damp. Sorry Fitbit - it will be winging its way back to you.

My FitBit Blaze is constantly vibrating and saying "All Caught Up".  This is every few seconds.  I also see a half moon symbol in the lower right hand corner.  I've restarted the Blaze, deleted FitBit app from phone and reinstalled (not sure that even matters).  The battery won't hold charge when it gets started doing this.  Any suggestions/fixes???

It's great to see you around @ae7431.

Thanks for troubleshooting these issues by yourself. Regarding the "All Caught Up" notifications, I recommend turning off and on your Blaze, you can do this by swiping to settings and tap Shutdown, then turn it on by pressing the home button.

About the battery, please take a look at this post and follow the instructions provided there. Also, can you follow the instructions here and follow the steps there in order to attach an image about the half moon you are seeing?

Hope to hear from you soon. Smiley Happy

I'm having the same problem, and upon reviewing all the forum and discussion boards regarding this issue, there seems to be no fix that actually works known to the fitbit folks. It's telling when the advice always include "have you turned it off and back on again?" 😄

Fortunately, I have been able to return my device to Amazon within the
timescale. Fitbit say that if bought through them, you will have 45 days in
which to return. Worth considering.

That's a generous policy on the part of Fitbit. I've been happily served by my Blaze for a LONG time now (it's safe to say that 45 days after purchase was *also* a LONG time ago!), but it started acting up only recently.

Sounds to me like the chip is failing - My main worry is the instruction
"Water Resistant" - if you are a jogger, then the device would be exposed
to both rain and perspiration. Mine however was problematic from the start.

Can we please get some help on this. I have not been able to use my blaze for a week. Called customer service and their help didn’t work. Battery won’t last a day because of vibrating and all caught up popping up. Please Fitbit employee who has chimed in on this thread, solve issue.

I got so use to the watch that does it really count if I go to the gym, or walk,or sleep if I’m not wearing it?

I’m still having this issue and it had made the watch, app unusable. Can you provide a solution that has not been previous posted? Thank you

I’m having the same issue! My Fitbit keeps buzzing like crazy and when I’m Timon my runs/walks, it pauses my time! I restarted my Fitbit, phone and turned off the Bluetooth

Hi,

I see that there are over 20 posts on this issue and have tried everything recomended on these posts and on others other than the bag of rice.  Does FitBit not have a solution?

Unfortunately, received mine for Christmas so 45 days have come and gone.  Guess I should of purchased this in the summer so I could of returned it in that window.  I'm going to put mine in a bag of rice to see if that works but, really!!! I run year around and summer in Georgia it is hot and humid.  I know it's not waterproof but should be designed well enough to handle sweat.
