I am experiencing the same issue as well on my iphone. I got my Blaze last Thursday and had no problems with it syncing until the weekend....posting to follow this feed. I believe if you redownload the app or 'Forget the device' and reinstall it you will lose all of your data...which I am going on day 4 of losing my steps progress :oS

I'm having the same issue. I tried to sync my Blaze with my Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge this morning, as I do every morning, and my phone wasn't detecting the device. Two hours later I have shutdown and rebooted both the Blaze and my phone dozens of times, tried unpairing and re-pairing with no success, and now am finding that every time I unsuccessfully try and connect the two, the bluetooth menu option disappears from the Blaze (and then I have to reboot it and start all over). I've looked at a number of different threads with suggestions and tried them all (bluetooth on and off, completely uninstall Fitbit software, hard reset Blaze, unpair and repair, etc., etc., etc). I also just tried to set up the Blaze on my iPod and ran into the exact same issues.
Suggestions?

After some additional research, it seems that you can take bluetooth out of the equation. The Blaze Classic that shows up in the Bluetooth menu is just for the music option. Apparently the Blaze should be connecting automatically for other interactions between device and phone.
So that said, why is my Blaze still not being recognized by my phone? I finally plugged an old Fitbit dongle into my laptop and it detected my Blaze in a flash, so is this a phone/ mobile app issue?
