There was a thread on this a week or so ago which claimed the problem was solved. I have tried all the suggestions, but the FitBit app is still not working.Anyone have any other ideas?

Not really understanding what is being asked? 

Do you have two devices that you sync through, and what would these devices be?

Does your tracker sync through one of them and not the other?

Hi, Rich!

 

I have one device which had always synched just fine until recently. Now it won't connect or synch at all. So, what's the problem? I've tried the solutions in the other post and it still doesn't synch. I've unlinked it from Bluetooth, have tried it with and without the dongle. Nothing.
