I posted in a different area as well. New to posting so not sure where to go for help. Just got my Fitbit Blaze for Christmas 2017. One reason was for the more detailed sleep stages it offers due to my having issues with sleep. It was supposedly a fixed issue in September but all I am getting is the basic sleep I had on my old Alta. I also looked at posts where Fitbit said there could be human error in 3-4 areas and non of them apply. Thanks for any help you have to offer. : )

Sleep stages worked last night...not sure solution was having 2 separate accounts or the reset but yay!

Sorry that I can’t help, I’m just here to say I have the same problem as you. Also like you, I got my Blaze for Christmas and none of the human errors apply. I’ve never had a fitbit before so I hope I don’t have any more issues.

I just came to the Community via my computer's browser because I can't find the sleep stages data for my Blaze via the browser-based Dashboard. I can access that data using the Fitbit app on my iPad. That's nice, but I can't take a screenshot of the data on the iPad like I can on the computer.
KimmieAP, did you download and install the Fitbit app on a mobile device or tablet? If not, do and see if you can see the sleep stages data there.
I still want to see it in my computer's browser, however, so, anyone? anyone?

Sorry...the Fitbit person had said to reset the blaze and to have my son’s account separate from mine. Not sure where that thread went. New to posting so wasn’t sure which area to post on so did in 2 places. Can’t find the other one right now.

@KimmieAP tap on your name and you be able to see a list of all your posts.
As for sleep stages, or lack of, bring up the detail page, Fitbit should have a note explaining why.

Not helpful. How can we ensure that we always get sleep stages when we record our sleep? Having it sometimes work and sometimes not may be a compelling reinforcement schedule (in the Pavlovian sense), but it's not useful.
