The first 2 days, 12/1 and 12/2, the sleep stages showed on my app. Ever since then, they don't, only the amount of time I was awake, restless, etc. I have done all the recommended steps to troubleshoot to no avail. Is there something else I can do? So far, I'm not seeing much of a benefit to the Blaze over the HR.

It's great to have you here @JudithMarie! Thank you for the troubleshooting and details that you've mentioned. I would like you to confirm you have the latest firmware version in your Blaze which is 17.8.402.1. Also, you should have the latest version of the app which is 2.62.1 Android and 2.43.1 for iOS.
If you're still having issues with sleep not showing after verifying the above, provide me with a screenshot of any error that you may be having.

I confirmed versions you suggested on my phone as well as my Blaze. Still not showing sleep stages. Here are screen shots of of sleep patterns. First 2 days, sleep stages showed.

I had this same problem recently, turned out that my heartrate setting was set to "off"
