I got my husband a fitbit Blaze and it works great tracking steps and workouts but it is terrible tracking sleep. It is on sensitive. His iphone has been updated, and so has the fitbit. It shows he only sleeps for an a few hours, if it tracks it at all. Doesnt track naps at all. They sent us a new one, and not much difference. I have the surge and it works great tracking sleep. Can he be wearing it wrong?

Have you tried the normal setting? I find normal works well for me, while sensitive shows only a few hours of sleep.
I do wish they offered a medium setting as normal is just a touch too optimistic for me.

The normal setting works best for most people. The tracker should automatically pick up naps.

Normal setting seems a little better, but for the last two nights it only starts tracking at 4:00am.
