Hi there,
My Blaze was replaced as it was not working properly or holding charge.
I gave my wife the old Blaze pebble and created and account for her through fitbit but i cannot get it to sync to her Samsung phone.
It says it finds the blaze but give error every time.
Is there a reason why she cannot sync my old blaze to her phone?
I appreciate any help.

Is the old Blaze still connected to your phone?
Go into your phones bluetooth settings and make sure that it has been removed.

Hi yes I removed the old Blaze from my phone. It no longer displays on my IPhone in Bluetooth settings.

Yes I restarted both the phone and tracker, several times as it prompted me to reset tracker, turn on and off Bluetooth on phone and retry. it keep saying it found tracker and would try to sync but gives error.

It gives an error which will be a clue to what is going on.. What may I ask is the error.
