travel across time zones and now app and watch time are different

 I recently traveled across several time zones.  I was very pleased when my Blaze automatically reset to local time along with my iphone.  However I have returned home and my Blaze will not return to local time, although my iphone has.  I have tried syncing my watch repeatedly, have tried turning it off and turning it on and nothing seems to help.  The app seems to be recording steps, sleep, etc. with no problem.

I crossed from Pacific coast time to mountain time.  The app changed, but not my watch.
