Several weeks ago, July 18, my blaze counted 294 floors climbed.
I thought it was a glitch. For the next week, I had daily totals of 79,48,28,88,7,175. Clearly I did not come close to any of these numbers.
My typical day is maybe 6-8 floors MAX.
Now I went to put my blaze on, and I get the triangle symbol with a thermometer in it.
I have looked at all of the posts in the community, and tried most of the solution - nothing.
I got this as a gift at Christmas 2018.

Hi, @petersouth , the triangle thing means your Blaze got too hot. This can happen if the Fitbit is worn in sunlight in unusually hot weather - such as if you are sitting on the beach or by a pool. I would suggest removing it, making sure it is not sitting in the sun, and waiting a few hours. After a few hours the warning should disappear and the Fitbit should function normally again.
The issue with floors is unlikely to be related. The built in altimeter on the Blaze needs to be sensitive enough to detect such small changes in atmosphere that it can detect a rise of ten feet in height. This works very well if the weather is stable, but can go wrong when the barometer changes significantly - which often happens when a storm is blowing in. Many users find unusually elevated floor counts under these circumstances.
Another possibility is that the hole to the altimeter is blocked with dust or sweat. You could try very gently blowing or brushing with a soft brush to clear it of any debris.
I hope this helps. Welcome to the forums!

Unfortunately, the error thermometer is still on my screen and I can't seem to get rid of it.
Any suggestions?

Hi, @petersouth , that screen ordinarily disappears once the Fitbit returns to it’s normal operating temperature. If it hasn’t disappeared after several hours you could try a restart. To restart please hold the left button and the bottom right together for 10-15 seconds.

It has been a couple days, so temperature is no longer an issue, although the thermometer/triangle is still on the screen.
I am unable to 'restart' the fitbit using the method you described. I tried 15 seconds. 10 seconds. 30 seconds. The screen just goes black and when I subsequently press any button, the symbol appears for about 3 seconds.

Hi, @petersouth , the only other thing I can suggest at this stage is to let the battery die completely then try recharging it and see if it recovers.
Otherwise I fear it sadly may have come to the end of its useful life...
