two questions re: Blaze (former Charge HR user)

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

1 - my charge would continue to vibrate to wake me up until I pressed a button on it. My Blaze only vibrates one time. Is this normal? Or is there a setting I can change?

2 - when doing a specific excercise block, I want to know the stats for that particular time frame when I'm done, not cumulative steps and calories for the day. I used the "exercise" function on the Blaze a few times, but it didn't tell me my step count when I was done for that one hour. Is this possible? on my charge I would hit two buttons and it would  start the clock  THANK YOU!

Hello @A631453, the Charge 2 has both a stopwatch and the multisport tracking, your Charge only had the workout mode.

You will want to use the Multisport mode, and after a sync their should be a log in the activities for the event. Using the stopwatch is not for recording an event.

Now if it is a walk/run you could just let the tracker figure out what you're doing.

Now for the alarm, yes it does not stay on very long but it does have a snooze function.

Why not download your manual that's found in help.fitbit.com limo to help may also be found below as Help
