When I workout on the stationary bike or stair master and my heart rate rises to 140-150bpm and I'm sweating and breathing heavy and can't carry on a conversation 30 minutes on each machine. When I go for a 5 mile walk my heart rate goes up to 170-175bpm for the duration. My respirations are at a level I can carry on a conversation. The same thing occurred when I had a charge 2. I'm 70 years old and been active and fit my life. What I'm asking is can this possibly be accurate it seems unbelievable I can have that high of a heart and not collapse?
