how to get replacement band in Singapore ? I tried all partner stores, they told me to buy online. But there is no option for people in singapore.

I have a Fitbit Alta HR which i brought at the Singapore Changi Airport Nov-17. I have the same problem, cannot find a replacement strap and the contact page defaults to a gmal and i get no reply. 

Does anyone know where/how to get a replacement strap in Singapore?

I got my strap from Lazada.

Seems that straps are not commonly sold in stores in Singapore.
