I bought Charge 5 (on Sept 2022). It is paired with an iPhone (iOS 15.7.5) that has the latest Fitbit app App (ver 3.8) installed. Starting from today (Apr 22, 2023) suddenly it have some problems. It seems
the Fitbit device correctly shows "active minutes" in the Fitbit Charge 5 device (i,e 30 active minutes). But in the FitBit app from it does not show it correctly, rather:
1) The Fitbit App incorrectly shows 0 "active minutes" on the dashboard but if I tap on "zero" then it opens up 'active minutes' window and shows the correct active minutes (e.g 30) but it incorrectly it shows 0 zone min Fat Burn, 0 Zone min Cardio & Peak & also shows nothing for "when you got your minutes"
2) Also in Fitbit App in the exercise menu it does not show any exercise as if it don't have any information for today.
I did everything possible to solve it (sw on/off Bluetooth, removed & paired as new bluetooth device, closed/opened the Fitbit app, restarted & updated iPhone (iOS 15.7.5), uninstalled and reinstalled the Fitbit App (ver 3.8) in iphone, restarted the Fitbit device (setting-restart).
Still it didn't solve the problem.
Can you suggest some possible solutions for this problem.
