My 02 senser just stopped working and I need to track it because of having breathing problems what can be done to fix this? Any help would be greatly appreciated

When you say it stopped working, do you mean the number stopped showing up in the App? Sometimes there's a delay with the scores and they will say 'No data' but then turn up the next day in the App. Have you checked to see if you have a score on your Charge 5 itself? It often seems to show up there even if not synced with the App.
It's also worth checking you have the latest version of the Fitbit App and Firmware for your Charge 5.
You can also restart your tracker by scrolling down from the Clock Face screen until you get to Settings, tap, then scroll up to Restart Device.
It's also possible to do a harder reset by connecting your Charge 5 to the charger and then pressing the button at the USB end 3 times.
