I have my clock set to the 24 hr clock.i changed to a new clock display,  but it won't change to 24(military time). Can someone help?

I don't have that exact problem but I sure wish they would add a clock face it showed the time in both military and standard format so I could see both the same time that would be very helpful for me anyway I have mine set to military time and I changed my clock faces and my faces stay on military time so I'm not sure how to help you but I wish you luck

Usually the way to change to the 24 hour clock is to set it up on your dashboard at Fitbit.com.

 

From the main screen, tap the cog icon at the top right of the screen, select Settings then scroll down to Clock Display Time to check.  Change if necessary, Save and then sync your Charge 5.

 

It might also be worth double checking the information about your new clock face in the small chance it doesn’t have a 24 hour version.
