So I changed the advanced settings to display the 24-hour clock on my new Charge 5, but nothing seemed to have changed when I checked it. I've tried restarting it, but that didn't make a difference. Does it take some time for it to change properly?
Also, is there a way to change the date to day/month, rather than month/day?

Never mind, I looked after half an hour and noticed it had changed. Although the date order is still the same

Unfortunately there’s no way to change the date order for clock cases at the moment but you aren’t the only one who wants to.
