250 hourly tile not updating on the Fitbit app

For the last three days my charge 5 will show all my dots for the 250 hourly steps but the app isnt!

ive restarted the blue tooth, restarted the tracker, theyre just not appearing even though the tracker says i have the 250 steps for the hour

Thank you for the information and for the troubleshooting steps you tried. At this time, I'd recommend checking if your Fitbit app has any update pending that could help with the issue.

You can follow the steps below to update it in case there is any pending update: 

1. Open the App Store app.
2. Tap your profile picture in the top right.
3. Scroll down to see if an update is available for the Fitbit app (under Available updates or Upcoming automatic updates).
4. Tap Update.

If your apps update automatically, check Updated recently to see if the Fitbit app was updated recently.
