I am currently on my 4th Charge 5 (all of which were replaced by Fitbit) and despite only having this one a month it has done the same as others and completely dead. Screen black, won’t respond to charger and not synced on app. What is going on? Really frustrated although can’t fault customer service as each device has been replaced but this is unacceptable. Can’t see how I can complain to Fitbit.
Anyone else had a problem with so many versions of the Charge 5?

Goodness, there are a lot of problems with this watch overall. I was on the verge of buying it, but decided to check the community first. Good thing I did.

@sineadjocahill Wow, you are much more patient that I would be. I'm supposed to get a replacement Charge 5 this Friday, after almost a month of back and forth with customer service. If the new one gives me problems, I would be hard pressed to ask for another replacement. I would look elsewhere.
