My screen on Charge 5 has 5 dots on to of screen, Wil not resond. I tried restart it still does nothing. It is tracking on phone ok

I don’t have the original charger. If you have it, apparently you push a button at the usb end 3 times with 1 second intervals

I did that it didn't work. I got aggravated mashed it 10x consecutively and it finally worked
