5 little dots on screen of Charge 5

Why does my watch display have only 5 small dots and nothing else?

Hi, welcome to the Fitbit Community forums, @443355.  

Thank you for sharing all the details about this issue with your Charge 5. 

If you haven't done so already, please make sure that you've tried all the steps listed here below that have been useful for other users experiencing something similar:  

  1. Complete the 3 pulse restart procedure using the charging cable. 
  2. Try changing the clock face as well and check if you're still seeing the dots at the top. 
  3. Set up your Charge 5 as a new device in your account if you're still having the same problem.
