I have contacted support 3 times now, followed the instructions to try to address the update and the fast discharging problem, and have a useless piece of plastic that is completely unresponsive after sitting on a charger for 8 hours. I have owned a multitude of electronic devices over 5+ decades, have undertaken complex upgrades and repairs for some of them, and this is the worst experience I have ever had with a product. And it sucks that the company will not back up their product.
