Hey there, just wondering if this is some weird stuff. So I’m male 180cm in my mid thirties and currently around 95kg (210lb). My fitness score is between average to good (43 to 47) but my HRV seems high (average around 120ms) from what I’ve read online this isn’t common. RHR sits at 45. I have been hitting cardio most days for the past three months so am getting serious about my fitness again after a few years out, but just want to know if anyone has experience with these weird (like, too good to be true or maybe something is wrong with me) heart metrics.

I am curious about this too and came across your question. I suspect it is highly inaccurate. It doesn't trend too well with the sorts of things I would expect (should go down following overexertion, but isn't that noticeable to me) and mine can be off-the-charts high for a man my age (typically average in 70s and as high as 120s for a 53 y.o. man). I run, but I am not an elite athlete. Either I am an extreme outlier or it is inaccurate. Interestingly, I recently changed devices from a charge 4 to a charge 5 and the numbers are fairly similar, so I think there is some consistency to whatever it is measuring.
Since you brought up fitness score, I am at 58--not convinced of the accuracy of that either, but it does seem to trend in the proper direction depending on my training.
I'd be interested in the experiences of others.

also to add another data point, my rhr is also low--albeit not as low as yours. Mine averages in the 48 to 49 range. For me, at least, there seems to be a purely genetic component to the low RHR. It (inversely) correlates with how much I exercise, but even when I am out of shape it is low and it is the same thing for both my brother and father.
As an aside why is 48(dash)49 not permitted in this community? Is there something offensive about this?
