I want to access my past activity to track my provements in time but I can only access my activity from the last 7 days. How can I see my previous exercise from further back?

Hello @20Runner05

In the App on my phone I can keep scrolling up for years worth of activities.  I don't have to do anything special, just scroll up from this week.

On the Dashboard on Fitbit.com you can tap on Recent Activities, See More, then keep tapping the Load 10 More button to see older exercise.

I hope that helps a bit.

@20Runner05 In the Fitbit app on your phone, you should be able to go to the Exercise tile and view all your workouts from there.  I'm able to scroll back incredibly far. You can also see your exercise history on the Fitbit web dashboard.
