Just to confirm, you're not able to see any options when you swipe left on the screen? If you haven't done so already, please make sure to try the steps listed here below:

Have done both, repeatedly, but with no luck. Device is only a few months old and, after firmware update, battery now discharges in less than 24 hours.
Have just repeated moderator instructions, but this time I cannot even get the face to show itself. The app shows the battery is fully charged and the latest firmware is installed...but the app still asks me to update the firmware. I think my Pulse 5 has died!
