in September I received a charge five. In trying to access the charge five forum from the iOS application I have received a message Sadie that access has been denied. I asked Fitbit Customer Service they knew why I had been denied access and have never heard back. From the screen that states that access has been denied I can click a button that returns me back back to what they say was my Starting page which they say is the first page of the forum. And then I have to scroll until I get to the charge five forum. The page that I was on that connected me to the denial of service message was within the iOS app. Can anyone out there explain why when trying to access the charge five forum from within the iOS app access is being denied me.
