I will begin by saying there was just the global Microsoft issue yesterday (Friday, July 19, 2024) with a Crowdstrike update, so there are possibly residual issues still unsettled as of today (Saturday, July 20, 2024). My Fitbit Charge 5 required a reset as none of my stats were updating on yesterday. The reset allowed my stats from Friday, July 19, 2024 to populate. After all was said and done, my active zone minutes failed to update in the Fitbit App no matter what I tried. On the actual Fitbit device, the active zone minutes displayed as 23. Subsequently, this unresolved issue is impacting another App to which my Fitbit is connected with (HorizonbFit) to earn points with my employer-sponsored fitness program. Any suggestions?
