Active hours differ on Charge 5 and Android app

My tracker and phone app show different results on number of active hours. How do I get them in sync?

Hi, welcome to the Fitbit Community forums, @efgoforth.  

 

Thank you for sharing that you've been experiencing this inconvenience with your active hours. 

 

Have you had problems to sync any other information besides the active hours? In the meantime, please try restarting your device using the three pulse restart method described here. In case the problem is related to the app, you can also follow the steps listed here below: 

 

  • Log out from the app.
  • Clear Cache for the Fitbit app on your phone's settings (Settings > Apps > Fitbit app > Storage > Clear cache)
  • Restart your phone. 
  • Log back in to check if you're able to see your information. 
  • Try to set up your Charge 5 as a new device in your account if you're still having the same problem.
